The addition of 100% pure labdanum absolute brings a resinous, warm, earthy, sweet, and amber-like scent - coveted in naturally perfumery. Precious indeed! With hints of amber, musk, and spice, labdanum also adds antimicrobial and astringent qualities to this bar. With notes of juniper, lemon, anise, and black pepper from 100% pure essential oils, rounded-out with pure lavender, lime, frankincense, and cistus essential oils. Finally, a generous dose of real rose floral wax (Bulgaria: Rosa Damascena) makes for one handsomely scented and fashioned soap for the most discriminating of tastes.
