SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates for soaps and salves are based on weight and the distance of the destination.
We will ship via USPS or UPS.
We now offer free shipping on orders over $99 (up to $350).
For orders over 25 bars (over 7 lb), please contact me so we can find the best and cheapest shipping for you!
There will be a $1 handling charge for every order.
SHIPPING POLICY
Our processing time is 3-5 days. Once an order is placed, I work diligently to process your order and prepare your package for shipment. Orders are shipped once-twice a week.
We use 2-5 day shipping via USPS or UPS, and shipping depends on size and weight of your order. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will provide your tracking number. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to let us know by sending a message at:

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of natural soaps, salves, and merchandise, I do not accept returns or offer exchanges. For hygienic and safety reasons, I would not be able to restock or resell the merchandise. It is for this reason I do not accept returns or offer exchanges.
