Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates for soaps and salves are based on weight.
1 bar of soap (approx. 0.4 lb) = $8.45 - $8.55 (small flat rate box)
2 to 8 bars of soap (approx. 0.4 to 2.7 lbs) = $ 9.55
9 to 16 bars of soap (approx. 2.7 to 5 lbs) = $15.90 (medium flat rate box)
17-24 bars of soap (approx. 5 lb to 7 lb) = $21.90 (large flat rate box)
For orders over 25 bars (over 7 lb), please contact me so we can find the best and cheapest shipping for you!
There will be a $1 handling charge for every order.
SHIPPING POLICY
Our processing time is 3-5 days. Once an order is placed, I work diligently to process your order and prepare your package for shipment. Orders are shipped once-twice a week.
We use 2-5 day shipping via USPS, and shipping depends on size and weight of your order. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will provide your tracking number. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to let us know by sending a message at:

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of natural soaps, salves, and merchandise, I do not accept returns or offer exchanges. For hygienic and safety reasons, I would not be able to restock or resell the merchandise. It is for this reason I do not accept returns or offer exchanges.
