SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates for soaps and salves are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination address.
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
I offer free shipping on orders over $99 (up to $350).
For large orders of 25 bars or more (over 7 lbs), please contact me so I can find the most efficient and affordable shipping option.
A $1 handling charge applies to all orders.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are prepared within 3–5 business days. Each order is handled with deliberate care to ensure your items arrive beautifully presented. Dispatches occur once to twice per week.
Shipments typically arrive within 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS. Transit times may vary depending on parcel size, weight, destination, and occasional weather conditions. Please note that deliveries to locations beyond the contiguous United States — including Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories — may require additional transit time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.

Once an order has been placed, cancellations or modifications cannot be accommodated.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of natural soaps, salves, and body-care products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. For hygienic and safety reasons, items cannot be restocked or resold once they have left the studio.
That said, your satisfaction is important to me. If you experience any issues or concerns with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I will always do my best to work with you and ensure a positive experience.
