Made to complement the ever-popular Apothecary Addict favorite, the "All Heal Goldenseal Salve." The salve (of the same name) has proven so popular, that I decided to make this matching soap! Appropriate for people suffering from skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, acne, or dry skin. Contains anti-inflammatory and antioxidant-rich herbs and oils noted for their healing and curative properties. These include organic goldenseal, echinacea purpurea, Omani myrrh, turmeric, cayenne, Oregon grape, and black cumin seed oil, offering anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal, and other skin-supporting benefits. This hefty and herbally-infused bar is formulated in a base of the most healing and soothing organic first-pressed olive oil, moisturizing and vitamin E-rich organic, raw, and unrefined shea butter, and terrifically hydrating non-GMO avocado oil. A lavish helping of virgin mafura butter (trichilia oil) from Zimbabwe is also included for its superior skin-supporting benefits. Mafura butter is a natural oil/butter extracted from the seeds of the Trichilia emetica tree, and a rich source of essential fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals. It is an excellent moisturizer for the skin, and prized for its anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal properties - making it ideal to treat skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis. Finally, this herbal powerhouse-of-a-soap is infused with a 100% pure essential oil blend of lavender, tea tree, rosemary, and frankincense essential oils for their additional soothing properties and to lend a most delightfully natural herbal scent.
